1. Service Description & Provision

InterspireAddon provides IT consulting, custom software installation, dedicated server setup, bare-metal infrastructure coordination, and deliverability tuning services. All servers are provisioned based on the customer's specified technical parameters and are leased on a monthly basis.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Zero Spam Tolerance

Our email delivery networks are engineered strictly for legitimate corporate communication, double opt-in newsletters, transactional notifications, and standard campaign operations.

We maintain an absolute Zero-Tolerance Policy towards unsolicited bulk email sending ("spamming"). If a leased dedicated SMTP node, PowerMTA setup, or server block is detected sending unsolicited mail or triggers multiple critical spam complaints:

• Your account and server access will be suspended immediately.
• No refunds will be issued for any setup costs or remaining lease terms.
• You will be liable for any blacklist removal costs or ISP damage assessments.

3. Server IP Reputation & Warming

While we supply pristine, unblocked IP blocks, maintaining that reputation is the customer's responsibility. Customers must strictly adhere to the warm-up routines, connection throttles, and backoff guidelines defined by our deliverability team. We are not liable for IP reputation drops, blacklist additions, or spam filter triggers caused by improper campaign sending schedules.

4. Intellectual Property & Custom Addons

All custom Interspire extensions, signature rotation scripts, and PMTA configurations developed or adjusted by our team are licensed exclusively for use on your designated server node. Distribution, replication, or resale of our technical packages is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InterspireAddon, nor its developers or directors, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our servers, software installations, or consultations. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the lease fee paid for the current month.
